Grade Guarantee
Every IBC we sell is graded before shipment. If any container arrives in a condition below the agreed-upon grade, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund for that unit — no questions asked. Simply notify us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the unit in question.
Our inspection team reviews every claim within 24 hours, and replacements ship on the next available truck.
Defect & Leak Protection
If any container develops a leak or structural failure within 30 days of delivery under normal use, we replace it at our expense — including return freight. This coverage applies to the bottle, valve assembly, cage structure, and pallet.
For new IBCs, the manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years) provides additional long-term protection. We assist with warranty claims on your behalf.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before shipment. Once a truck has been dispatched, a restocking fee of 10% applies, plus actual freight costs incurred. Custom-modified or special-order IBCs are non-cancellable once fabrication has begun.
Exchange Program
Ordered the wrong grade or quantity? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Return the unused containers and we will ship replacements at the updated specification. Freight for exchanges within our core service area (OH, KY, IN) is on us for orders over 10 units.

Do you offer food-grade containers?+
Yes. We carry both new food-grade IBCs and reconditioned containers that have been cleaned using our FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 compliant process. How are used IBCs different from reconditioned ones?+
Used IBCs are inspected and pressure-tested but sold in their as-is condition with only basic cleaning. They may have cosmetic wear, labels, and residual odors. Reconditioned IBCs go through our full reconditioning pipeline: triple-wash cleaning, valve and gasket replacement, cage repair, pressure testing, and label removal. Reconditioned totes look and perform much closer to new and are suitable for more demanding applications including food-grade use.
